Your social presence matters to Google and Bing – official!

A common question I get is WHY the heck do I need to bother with Facebook and Twitter .. etc!

Well, as I regularly explain in my marketing classes, these social systems are great mechanisms for engaging a broader sphere, presenting yourself as  a knowledgeable expert, and also bringing traffic back to your real estate website.
