I think you have done a very good job on your Google+ profile.

A few ideas:

1) Consider adding some more “long-tail” keywords in your About section and anywhere else you can think of to optimize your profile. I noticed you are targeting the New Bern and Oriental, NC area. Do you specialize in a certain type of property? For example, “condos in New Bern” or “waterfront homes in Oriental”.
