Hi Joe, thanks for commenting!

I think you have done a very good job on your Google+ profile.

A few ideas:

1) Consider adding some more "long-tail" keywords in your About section and anywhere else you can think of to optimize your profile. I noticed you are targeting the New Bern and Oriental, NC area. Do you specialize in a certain type of property? For example, "condos in New Bern" or "waterfront homes in Oriental".

2) Adding descriptions on your photos can be a great way to incorporate keywords. You can even add links in the photo descriptions that go back to your site!

3) Adding videos are a great way to integrate your YouTube channel into your profile. You can include property tours, tours of the surrounding attractions, etc. This is a great place to get creative!

You have done a great job, so keep up the good work!

Great tip Andrew, thanks so much for commenting. It’s very important to remember that YouTube is in fact a SOCIAL site, so users must definitely work their channels in order to increase interaction. We will be diving more into YouTube’s best practices for real estate marketing in a future post, so stay tuned!

Good tips on setting up and you tube channel. Using embeds of the videos in your blog posting, on your real estate website is very important too. The numbers, views, subscriptions don't just increase on their own. Work that video channel.
